Amaco Ceramic Glazes are reliable, predictable and easy to use. Amaco Glazes offer a wide variety of colors and effects for electric and reduction firing. Many Amaco pottery glazes are lead free and classroom safe.
Amaco manufactures over 500 glazes, underglazes, and overglazes with firing ranges from Cone 022 to Cone 5. Many colors will also fire to Cone 10. Each glaze or underglaze series offers its own unique appearance giving the artist unlimited creative expression.
82% of all Amaco glazes and 97% of all Amaco underglazes are AP NON-TOXIC making them safe to use by students as well as professional artists.
In addition, 94.6% of Amaco Glazes are LEAD FREE!.

TH-1 High Fire (Cone 5-6) Texturizer TH-1 is a rutile based texturizer. In superposition with other glazes it tends to produce a yellowish/orange crystal-type texture. |
